According to Anas Haqqani, Twitter vs Threads Twitter is much better because freedom of speech is guaranteed.
” Twitter has two important advantages compared to other social media platforms. First, freedom of speech. Second, credibility,” said Haqqani via a tweet on his personal Twitter account on July 10, 2023.
On the other hand, Anas Haqqani views Threads as a platform that is intolerant of diversity.
” Twitter does not have an intolerance policy like Meta. Other platforms cannot replace it,” he said.
According to him, Facebook, TikTok, and a number of social media platforms apart from Twitter, view the Taliban as a terrorist organization and prohibit them from posting any messages.
Migration from Twitter
Meanwhile, Cloudflare released a report regarding a decrease in conversation activity on Twitter amidst the many similar social media platforms such as Threads, BlueSky, and Mastodon.
Head of Cloudflare, Matthew Prince, shows a graph of Twitter which has decreased since early 2023 alias after Elon Musk became the owner of the platform.
In fact, Twitter’s graphs show further dips in Cloudflare’s domain server rankings just in time for the release of Elon Musk’s tweet restriction rules and followed by the launch of Meta’s rival platform, Threads.
